Biography
Lasith Fernando is a Sri Lankan singer-songwriter and guitarist. Drawing on his rock, blues and roots influences, his work has introduced Sri Lankan audiences to a fresh shade of original Sinhala music.
His 2017 release “Mathaka Mal” marked his arrival on the original music scene.
Through his solo work and his songwriting for other Sri Lankan artists, he has gained recognition for a deft touch in turning universal feelings into simple yet timeless music.
